An Australian-based research and conservation organisation based in Colebrook, Tasmania.

Our mission

Snubfin Dolphin Project Inc works to improve understanding and conservation of marine mammals, with particular attention to coastal and inshore dolphins. We use field research, scientific analysis, monitoring and collaboration to generate information that can contribute to conservation planning and management.

Our approach

We value careful field observation, transparent scientific methods, collaboration and sharing knowledge with the people and organisations who can use it to protect marine wildlife and habitats.
